The Water Process Controller course prepares learners for a critical operational role in the treatment of potable water and wastewater. This hands-on, technical programme equips students with the skills needed to inspect, operate, and monitor the various physical, chemical, and biological unit processes within water services works, ensuring that water quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical application, students will learn how to control treatment processes, adjust plant operations based on test results, and manage the production of clean water and the safe disposal of waste by-products. Emphasis is placed on quality control, compliance monitoring, and process optimisation to maintain safe and efficient water treatment services.

Ideal for individuals entering the water operations field or currently working in municipal and industrial water facilities, this qualification provides the competencies necessary to support reliable and sustainable water supply and sanitation services. Learners will leave the course capable of operating and maintaining key infrastructure while contributing to public health and environmental protection.
