uMngeni Water Services (UWS) is committed to partnering with Water Services Authorities (WSAs) to ensure sustainable, reliable and safe water and sanitation services for all.

Our WSA Support Programme is designed to strengthen the technical, financial and institutional capacity of municipalities, enabling them to meet their service delivery mandates with confidence and competence.

Why the WSA Support Programme? South Africa's municipalities face growing challenges in delivering quality water services — from ageing infrastructure and limited technical skills to regulatory compliance and resource constraints. Through this programme, we collaborate with WSAs to bridge these gaps and build long-term resilience in the water services sector.
